We live in a world where we have been designed for success and programmed for failure. We are bombarded daily by the media, well meaning friends, and family who give us advice based on their personal fears, worries and doubts in their own lives. I see too many people sabotage, make excuses, lie, hurt others and sacrifice valuable things in their lives, as though it is normal or acceptable. The gap between black and white has expanded with a lot of grey area for many people, to the point where anything goes or certain behaviour is acceptable. People have lost their sense or values and morals to where they turn and look the other way, avoiding confrontation around critical life issues, rather than speaking up or addressing their own personal behavior, including what others do around them. And yet, we complain the world is in a sad state of affairs.

A wise man who understood the human condition better than most of us basically said for you and I to see the change we want in the world we must first become that change. We say we want Peace, Commitment, Love, Compassion, Loyalty, Honor, Respect, Understanding and Acceptance shown to us. So, do we show that to others as well? He had no idea going from being a lawyer to what he undertook would change the world forever! He just wanted to do what was the proper and decent thing to do that was not getting done in his time. We know him as Mohandas Gandhi!

Remember, we will attract exactly how we think and are being. Just like smokers attract each other or negative people do likewise. Misery loves company, and so when we compromise our values, thinking we are happy and doing what we want, then what goes around will come around for you and I, and we will be right back at square one. As the old adage goes, “We can run but we cannot hide!”

Are you right now exactly where you have been before with similar results and actions? Are people around you looking at you as though you have a 3rd eye on your forehead? And are you avoiding confrontation or dealing with yourself?

In the past I was guilty of running away from things or living a “fake” happiness that people saw right through. That behavior eventually led to me crashing and burning, hitting rock bottom. Actually, way past rock bottom in my case! So, what I did immediately is get real with myself, seek sound straight forward help, without fluff or pats on the back, in order to change and interrupt my patterns. The path of least resistance is always easier to take. Running away is always easier to do. Denial is always easier to take on. To aid me further along in the right direction, I stopped hanging around people who told me what I wanted to hear, and who condoned my behavior. I gave those genuinely concerned about me permission to call me on my stuff, and to hold a mirror constantly in my face, so that I could not repeat my past behaviour ever again! WOW What a difference it has made in my life on ALL levels. I have transformed into a new person.

The truth is none of us really see ourselves for who we are, just like a person who has bad body odor does not always know they stink, because we get used to our own ways, and for that matter smell. Only someone who wants to be true to themselves, and is sincere and genuine to be a “real core person” will seek the right environment to get help. If not, anything we do will be short lived, because it simply will not be able to sustain itself based on our energy and who we are “being”.

Keep in mind that NOTHING is wrong with you that you have to fix yourself. You are wonderful, beautiful and amazing just the way you are, because God does not create mistakes. Just stay in touch with yourself and how you are being, because things have a way of sneaking up on us and knocking us off our feet, when we compromise our values. Remember, what goes around will come around. How your deal with and treat others can be a blessing to you or a curse! No one in their right mind ever thinks to defy gravity, because it is a law set in place by the universe for our protection and enjoyment of life. Therefore, never ever go against set laws with other important things in life that are undeniable as well. There is where true happiness lives and flourishes!

Do you really and truly want success in life and in your Network Marketing business right NOW? Then talk to someone who will tell you as it is, and will not candy coat anything for you. I call those people true friends in my life, and I have very few of them and I keep them close to me:) It will take true courage, humility and vulnerability on your part, and being an extremely great listener. There begins the journey of true self-discovery and peace of mind for you. Enjoy the journey it is worth every step!

People say to me all the time, “Anil my Networking business is not going well and people are not taking me seriously and they will not do what I ask or teach them”

Then I look at their personal lives, how they live, how they are being, their view on life & business, how they treat others and themselves, and I see right away why their MLM business is struggling. You cannot walk off a tall building without tumbling to the sidewalk to splatter all over it. Gravity is a law you and I cannot deny. So why are you compromising on important rules in life hoping your MLM business will miraculously succeed as though they are not connected on every single level?

Do you want people to respect and trust you by how you live or by how you make money? Anyone can make money. It’s takes a person of true character and courage to do what makes sense and it right. Money is a by-product of living and doing things effectively. A reward!

So ask yourself everyday – Am I doing all I can to live a life that is a great example to others, so people want to be around me, because I live by principles that are worthy of me calling myself a successful Network business person. A person people can look up to, follow, admire and want to duplicate in ALL areas of life? And in what areas am I compromising or breaking the rules in life with things that are like gravity and are there for a reason to protect me?

Never, ever compromise who you are for money or recognition! Keep your integrity and honour your word and promises you make to people at all times, and your Networking business with strive with minimal effort. Enjoy!

I get asked all the time, and numerous times a day for that matter, to look at or join a NEW Networking Company. With many, many promises and even signing bonuses to come on board. I am sure most NEW Networking Companies will be great and their products are great. However, I stick to what works for me as a professional businessman, because I study the industry and what is going on, just like you study what you are great at.

For me, when I have someone tell me I should join a NEW Networking Company right away to capitalize on the growth, I hear lack, and no abundance. It’s just like people saying the economy is struggling and there are hard times. It is if you feel and believe so. To me the glass is never half full nor half empty. It is always full and over-flowing with abundance and great things. And the questions I ask myself daily, is what am I doing to change my environment by creating what I want, rather than just sitting back and accepting things the way they are?

Therefore, it’s important to me as a professional business man “when” I get into a Network Marketing Company. At the start or years down the road. I rather get in when all the kinks, hick ups and stuff like FDA, customs, servers running smoothly, customer support, product shipping and payroll have been running smoothly for awhile before I attach my name to it. That is why I chose ProTravel Network 

 Ask yourself – How hard do I want to work? Or do I want the path of least resistance, because I will also have to work on myself and my thinking getting into or doing Network Marketing. Plus, if you already have a job or business, why would you want to take on anything that does not have a track record to take up more of your precious time? Remember this, no Networking Compensation Plan on the planet pays us to baby-sit and to fix things. So why take on a NEW Networking Company that has not proven itself as yet, is what I ask?

If you only knew how many well intentioned Networking Business owners with great products and gameplan have come and gone, it would make your head spin. When I take on an Networking Company, my goal is not to have to apologize to my team for anything that Networking Company will do or create, because it has to grow still. It’s too much work for me and not the highest and best use of my time and skills building huge networks.

And ask yourself, do your friends, family and peers view you are the “shiny penny” person, who goes from one thing to another in life and business, without choosing something wisely that is solid and is already working great for thousands of others on multiple levels? And don’t feel bad, I, even I, in the past got distracted by shiny pennies in my life and business that it totally took me off track.

Therefore, today I watch how a NEW Networking Company does for the next 3-5 years in ALL areas that matter to me a professional business man and top Networker. And I recommend you do the same. However, you can choose and do whatever you want to do to live your life fully and enjoyably!

However, with life as a child, and then a teen, and getting into adulthood, for many of us our canvass got messed up instead of becoming a beautiful masterpiece. We allowed our thinking, our feelings and the people in our life to affect our creativity for great things by making excuses, rather than living powerfully and with love. NOW, you can change that for yourself and have a clean canvass to create whatever you want.

I am constantly learning, and by studying and observing other fellow human beings, I have perceived that everything begins in thought, and these thoughts in time manifested or plays out in our ACTIONS. So, as I said before on my BLOG, there are no accidents for what you or I have in our life right NOW. What you have right now is a result of your thoughts and actions from sometime ago..So, do not be surprised! You created it. So, do you want different results and outcomes? Then change how you think and the actions you take. It’s that simple! Stop making excuses by running away from living!

Clean up the mess you have created your whole life, and give yourself a clean canvass to create your MASTERPIECE of what you want!

If you feel your MLM business is not growing, or people are quitting, or making excuses, or lying to you. Then it’s possible you are the same way to yourself and others in your life. We attract how we are being. And likeness attracts likeness. Do you lie to yourself, have you stopped growing, are you a quitter, do you make excuses? Therefore, clean up your life and your act to have what you want.

One of my mentors Jim Rohn who taught millions advised, “For things to change, you must change”

Therefore, sit down right NOW, grab a pen and pad and lay out how you want your life to look. What you want to earn in your MLM business, by a set date, and say what you want to accomplish with what you earn, Then, figure out how you will then execute the proper actions to make that a reality. Then regularly re-visit your map of what you want and add and take away as you go, so that the life you are living gets clearer and clearer and clearer for you.

Success in life is not an accident. So, if your life, health, relationships, marriage, finances suck, then you suck. It’s that simple! So, become un-suck by changing your thoughts right NOW, and then taking the actions to make it so.

I personally have had to hit the reset button in my life with how I was BEING to truly attract what I have always wanted.

Well, let me start before answering that question by clearing up that my journey has been one that has been full of fun, depression, love, excitement, tragedy, joy, good times, along with good and bad intentions and motives from people who came into my life. I have wronged many people, and I have also run away and denied dealing with things in my life I had to clean up. Through it all the only constant was ME, how I dealt with things, and what I gleaned from what I experienced. Every single time I dealt with something about myself, I saw the need or possibility to better myself to be a better vessel in my life for ME first, and then for others. I simply had to take responsibility for my life and my actions. Was I going to let anything I was dealing with break me or was it going to make me?

My current success in life and business I have been developing has not been by accident, it has been a becoming! A rise from the ashes of self-doubt, negative thoughts and holding back many, many times. I am a human being just like you, who is flesh and blood and breathes. And I have made many, many mistakes in my life. We live in a world where people at times blame, or make excuses, or quit great things, or run away from dealing with themselves, or they feel something is wrong with them, or they have to fix themselves, or they follow or admire others who want to manipulate others to get their way. And that is neither right nor wrong because it is what it is, and it is how they choose to live, and so it is what they are attracting by thinking and being a certain way. As human beings, we have free will and the right to choose to live however we want to. However, I am learning it takes work and effort to live the “human” portion of being a human being. To want the best for others and to take a stand to make a difference in people’s lives, by how we live personally by our actions. However, the rewards and joy can be endless for you and I right NOW! It is a lot of fun and humbling at the same time.

Do you feel stuck or lost or helpless dealing with trials and challenges in your MLM, that you know is coming from how you live your life? You are not alone! I, even I, allowed myself to get so low in my life with my standards, and how I was being, and my actions, that I lost everything eventually. What a fool I have been in my life letting my internal drama and stories control me. I too did not keep my word to create abundance with the people I loved and cared about.

Do you want to know “THE SIGN” that you and I are running a racket and having stories we tell ourselves or hang on to? Or we are getting nowhere fast? Or we cannot keep our word with integrity? Or we cannot be an authentic person who is real and transparent? It is quite simple actually. Ready? – The sign is that it is showing up right now in your true joy, happiness and results based on the right actions you take based on what you think about constantly. You have become powerless!

Here is the test – While you are reading this, you are having conversations in your head denying everything and you are getting angry or upset at me and others you blame for things in your life. You are being irresponsible.

Why can I say that confidently? Simple! I used to be that way myself. I have learned that everyone on planet earth who is a human being had something(s) HAPPEN for them early in in life, and then based on that HAPPENING or OCCURRENCE, they created STORY(S) to validate what they perceived as being true for them, and then for their entire life they created their reality based on what HAPPENED. Not on what actually took place. And instead of taking responsibility for their lives, they blame themselves and others.

Do you lie to those you love, do you avoid confrontation or dealing with things, do you say you are confused, or misguided, or a scatter brain, or do you hide things, or do weird stuff, or take action that makes no sense, and do you avoid the truth? Well if you are this way, just change and keep your word and be real and authentic. Clean up your mess and ask for forgiveness from those you admire and respect. Get your power back! Change your HAPPENING with new and better STORY(S). It’s that simple!

Unless you are someone who enjoys drama, lying and telling stories about this and that, and why this is or that happened in the past, to help you feel better about yourself with how you treat others you admire. All you have to do is take 100% ownership for your thoughts, actions and life and apologize and make peace with those you have wronged, and start doing things effectively. Let go of the past, clean things up with those you love, be powerful and create powerful activities in the present and now, and stop worrying about tomorrow or the future, because NOW is all you have!

It is impossible to move forward unless you clean up the wrongs you have done to others in life and business. If you do not, you will attract it again because nothing has changed for you, and you are dragging all this stuff around to wherever you go, relationships and business. When the Titanic was going down, re-arranging the chairs on the deck made no difference for the ship in peril. So that vicious circle you are running will keep going round and round and round for you till you stop it by deciding too. Why be a slave to your past, set yourself free to create what you want!

Learn from my example and start working on things right now! Do not wait till everything starts crumbling around you or is totally passed doing anything about to smarten up. I was the guy re-arranging the chairs on the deck of the Titanic, rather than getting off the ship to safety, to keep on living. I actually felt everything was going great, and I would get saved, and I did not need help. What an idiot I was! My sadness and depression that had gotten the better of me was like that iceberg hidden under the water, that caught me off guard, because my pride and ego and my self-confidence was blinding me. And so, eventually I sunk like that great ship that was apparently unsinkable!

Let me give you a personal example of what I mean about changing things up – Over the past 5 months doing the 90 Day Challenge I have practically cut coffee, beer, pasta, breads, dairy and hard liquor 100% out of my diet. With taking 2-3 Visalus shakes per day, and exercising when I can, my energy is constant without the highs and lows throughout the day, I look physically better at 41, my brain has gotten sharper with intense focus and my moods have stabilized! Is that by accident or a pattern and habit change?

Albert Einstein said profoundly, “Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving”

You see unless you make the “move” and keep on moving to change the internal person by taking action to do so, then the external results will stay the same. Our words which comes out of our mouths is our language we are speaking to the world, to create something from nothing all the time. So, are your words creating greatness or killing off possibility? Are you and I an example to follow or to avoid? We are always creating something good or bad!

Yes, you can turn things around with a clear space for possibility to make your MLM work, have a great loving marriage, great health, amazing finances, fantastic relationships, and a life full of wonderment. How? By speaking it, and then taking the action to make it so. By creating it with your word, keeping your integrity, and being genuine and authentic with everything, so others know and see you are a real person of substance!

To fully appreciate the import and power of the words that come out of our mouth as “our language” we speak, then taking action, take time to read the amazing story of Helen Keller. This truly inspired me to work on my language in my life. The story of Helen Keller is the story of a child who, at the age of 19 months, suddenly lost her hearing and vision that interrupted her ability to speak, and who, against overwhelming odds and with a great deal of persistence, grew into a highly intelligent and sensitive woman who once she had “language” bestowed upon her wrote, spoke, and labored incessantly for the betterment of others. So powerful a symbol of triumph over adversity did she become that she has a definite place in the history of our time and of times to come.

To be successful in Network Marketing, and life for that matter, you and I must understand that people will deal with us and trust us based on how real, transparent and authentic we are. How? When you work on yourself more than anything to attract what you want, with your words followed by action, without feeling something is wrong with you or you need fixing. And, as Albert Einstein said, we have to take effective actions and MOVE towards what we want. That is an art and habit you must take time to develop! It is the only way to effectively enroll anyone into anything you are creating.

So, clean up your mess, drama and stories from the past you drag around with you everywhere you go, into your current relationships and MLM. And make peace with those you love you have wronged in some way. You know who they are. They are the people you avoid. How can you and I possibly empower anyone who joins our team if we are inauthentic, lie, or we cannot keep our word? And what makes you think and feel you can help or empower total strangers who join your MLM team, when you and your life is not right with those you love and admire. It simply will not work! You can fool and lie to yourself, however you cannot fool people:)

So, remember that you can hit the reset button right now in your life to make the changes to live powerfully in all areas by with your language to create. Honor your word and promises, be real or authentic, be transparent, and create whatever you want with your words you think and speak to the universe or God! Only then will your Network Marketing business or MLM actually work and succeed, because your words will have power, backed up by your consistent actions! And therefore, people will want to be around you, and in business with you, because you are a truly being a fellow human being. It will not happen any other way successfully based on the laws of life and attraction!

You know we tell our kids and others we know to get “As” in school, yet we ourselves sell out and get “Fs” in our life. Do you want to be a hypocrite? When are you gonna cowboy/cowgirl up and start setting an example in your life for what is possible for you?

And by the way, stop listening to your broke friends, and your brother-in-law who is still sleeping on the couch about how to make money or about pyramids or companies that take your money. They are all stories and fear driven lies.

Since one of my strengths in Network Marketing is developing and building massive teams in cities, I started promoting ProTravel Network in Calgary and within a year I had a huge team.

Soon Kevin Latmore a good friend & National Training Director in ProTravel Network joined my team. Now we had a Filipino team in Calgary and things took off. That team grew to over 7,000 distributors in a very short time!

I traveled to Punta Cana at the ProTravel Network 2008 Exotic Getaway event to be featured on stage with the Presidents Council leaders. The folks on stage with me were from my Calgary team, and we where also featured in the “North American Filipino Star” magazine because of all the amazing growth and prosperity in our group.

It was licensed in Canada in 2001 with Gourmet Beverages, coffee, hot chocolate, toothpaste, soap, tea and other items containing the Gano secret ingredient for health. Anil’s Gano Excel team covered all of North America and other countries around the world making it one of the most productive teams around at that time.

Through Gano Excel Anil was able to attract top MLMers from other MLMs products into his Gano Excel team!  This is one of the reasons that Anil is recognized as a top player in any of the MLM products he decides to promote.

I also gained a lot of credit because of my role as the  ProTravel Network Company Trainings and Enrollment Conference call specialist. It was an amazing time with me traveling to ProTravel Network International Training Events in exotic destinations. It was also fun because my team was learning to run an effective Home Based Business as a Travel Agent all over the world.

I was in great company and was humbled to be featured alongside greats such as Bob Proctor of “The Secret”, Vic Johnson, Lisa Jimenez, Mick Moore as well as many others!

I attracted this opportunity because I had the privilege of receiving coaching from Mr Dwayne Sequeira of “Xtreme Mentoring” who said to me, “Anil live your dreams and get clear on what you want in order to attract it”. Dwayne and I had met in October 2007 at one of the many ProTravel Network events held that year.

Shortly thereafter, I flew into San Diego and was filmed and interviewed by Don Boyer & Mick Moore who directed and produced the DVD.

Doing The Art of Business in the 21st Century was a lot of fun, and it has not only documented me as being very capable of helping anyone get what they want in Network Marketing, it also showed that anything is possible if we DREAM BIG & not live in our excuses!

I received this award while traveling aboard The Carnival Elation Cruise from San Diego to Cabo San Lucas for one of the many amazing events that top MLM teams are invited to attend.

On the cruise I was enrolled in high-end company training where I added to my already impressive collection of special sales and marketing skills. I was presented with a Top Sales award in front of 600 people. To make the evening even better my downline team member, Marlo Esperon, was also promoted to National Trainings Director with me. I want everyone to enjoy the success and the more people I get to come with me the happier I am.

Another fun fact is that the 7 day cruise only cost me $9 (+ Port Tax) this is because I was a “ProTravel Network home based travel agent” and entitled to these amazing discounts on travel. I was also able to spend quality training time with my team leaders who helped me get to National Training Director too.

As a National Training Directors I earned a minimum of $5,000 a month for my efforts plus I also earned $10,000 in ProTravel Network publicly traded stock on top of all my commissions.

This position entitled me to exclusive  personal training from the President and Co-Founders at ACN. I was also featured in ACN’s Quarterly Magazine with other highly successful team players. This magazine in distributed to tens of thousands of active distributors globally and helped me motivate my teams to perform even better.

This company was my very 1st MLM opportunity. When I saw ACN I had deciding that I could do better working as a MLM system for duplication, compared to running my Apple computer business in Toronto. I learned some amazing techniques, made friends with amazing people, met my fabulous wife at ACN, and I forever grateful for that today help me excel in my sales strategies & whatever I do. I affectionately say ACN was the gym for me where I developed some of my MLM muscles that I use today with my current MLM Company. I worked exclusively within ACN from 1998 to 2007.

I was awarded these stocks based on me performance relating to my ProTravel Network training and enrollment conference calls throughout the year. I was also responsible to be at ProTravel Network’s international live training events that were held at a variety of exotic destinations around the world.  I was also recognized as one of the top team leaders because of the amazing results that the people in my teams where able to achieve working with me.

It was a privilege and honor to be included in the “Presidents Council Club”.

Members of this prestigious club receive personal and ongoing mentorship style training from the President of ProTravel Network, Mr Paul Henderson.

ProTravel Network is made up of thousands of active distributors in the field, and I was one of the “Top 10″ for North America. This award was for outstanding results for income earned and bringing in new Travel Agent Home Based distributors.

In this shot I am at the awards ceremony held at the beautiful Ocean Blue and Sand Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It was a magical time with amazing people and amazing opportunity.
