Do you know anyone who say they want success in ALL areas of life, yet their actions show that they rather break important rules or take short cuts to success? I see over and over again how people ruin their name and reputation by focusing on making money or building their Networking business only, rather than maintaining their integrity with their word and being real & authentic. As though they are two separate things, that do not work together cohesively, or affect each other adversely.
Network Marketing is one of the only platforms in the world that truly shows what is in a person’s heart or exposes you for who you are. Why? Well, people are our market or inventory. And because that is the case, then being true to oneself and living with integrity is critical for success in Network Marketing. So - DO NOT EVER THINK YOU CAN FOOL ANYONE!
Your tip of the day – Look it, people are not stupid, and so they can see right through our games with how we live by the decisions we make, and how we are being, because our thoughts and intentions eventually come out in the wash, and by our actions become evident. How can you and I ever expect to attract a healthy MLM business, great team members, or long term sustained business growth when we break the rules about life?
People say to me all the time, “Anil my Networking business is not going well and people are not taking me seriously and they will not do what I ask or teach them”
Then I look at their personal lives, how they live, how they are being, their view on life & business, how they treat others and themselves, and I see right away why their MLM business is struggling. You cannot walk off a tall building without tumbling to the sidewalk to splatter all over it. Gravity is a law you and I cannot deny. So why are you compromising on important rules in life hoping your MLM business will miraculously succeed as though they are not connected on every single level?
Do you want people to respect and trust you by how you live or by how you make money? Anyone can make money. It’s takes a person of true character and courage to do what makes sense and it right. Money is a by-product of living and doing things effectively. A reward!
So ask yourself everyday – Am I doing all I can to live a life that is a great example to others, so people want to be around me, because I live by principles that are worthy of me calling myself a successful Network business person. A person people can look up to, follow, admire and want to duplicate in ALL areas of life? And in what areas am I compromising or breaking the rules in life with things that are like gravity and are there for a reason to protect me?
Never, ever compromise who you are for money or recognition! Keep your integrity and honour your word and promises you make to people at all times, and your Networking business with strive with minimal effort. Enjoy!
